I had no idea I would have such an amazing time at training camp! It is so fun to be in community with all of the other people heading out to the other countries. The best part, however, is being in community with my own team. We have grown so close in the past three days. We have prayed over one another, we have shared secrets, we have been vulnerable with each other, we have watched a teammate be set free from years of guilt, we have seen into each others hearts, and we have truly become a family. I am so blessed to know these people and to be able to spread God’s love to the people of Peru with them. Our unity is going to be crucial to our ministry and I could not be happier with where we are headed!
