too tired to have a witty title

I wish I had a way to share pictures with you guys, i have made sure to be in many! My 35mm broke after my first roll of film, I am looking for another but so far the prospects look slim. I have been challenged alot lately and miss you all so much. We have been through so much as a team and so far a lot of us have been able to leave personal baggage behind. I have read my first few letters from robbie (you totally chickened out by the majority of your writing being a quote :P) Mamma´s first one (I read it the night that things changed for me, before changed, it actually ransacked my...

sorry mom and dad but I think I will stay in Peru!

I LOVE IT HERE! Iquitos is so amazing and I just love riding around on the little motocar taxis. The team is bonding so well and everyone does such an amazing job of lifting each other up. I have never felt more in touch with the Holy Spirt until this trip. They said this would be life changing but I had no idea!   Between travel time and planning time we really only started our ministry just yesterday. Iquitooossss!!!!!

Hola!  Estamos en Iquitos, Peru!!  We arrived here in Iquitos after a few days of lost tickets, exploding Gatorade, dancing in airports and ministering to people along the way.  God was so faithful to bring us all here in good health and with all of our luggage.  We are staying in a beautiful building in Iquitos as we enter into prision ministry this week.  The team is already doing a great job of planning what that will look like, getting ready to preach, do dramas, and bring God’s love and kingdom.  All this umongst motorcar adventures, 3rd world...

I told my team yesterday, our third day together, that this was not what I expected; they were not what I expected.   I expected change in them, but not instant transformation.  I expected participants that wanted to do good things, but who were not ready to bring the fire and kingdom of God here to the earth.  I didn’t expect them to choose into this, this community, this calling, their daughtership and sonship so readily.  And so I repent of false expectations.  Because I’ve seen God’s glory come down the past three days and I have...

WE. ARE. FAM-ILY!

I had no idea I would have such an amazing time at training camp! It is so fun to be in community with all of the other people heading out to the other countries. The best part, however, is being in community with my own team. We have grown so close in the past three days. We have prayed over one another, we have shared secrets, we have been vulnerable with each other, we have watched a teammate be set free from years of guilt, we have seen into each others hearts, and we have truly become a family. I am so blessed to know these people and to be able to spread God’s love to the people...
