Hello Everybody!
Just wanted to let you all know that my team has arrived. We are currently in Nauta and will be leaving on wednesday by boat to go visit the jungle tribes. As we will be in the middle of nowhere I will not have internet or any form of communication until we get back. We will get back on July 20th, so it will be a while until you are able to hear from me again.
Life is a lot different down here and it´s amazing how little they have but yet they have more joy than people in America. It´s so awesome to see God´s love already moving down here. We doing a spontaneous VBS for the children, tomorrow we are doing a prayer meeting with the pastors… we´ve been keeping busy. Life here is a lot slower and everyone is so relaxed and relationship oriented. Such a wonderful perspective to actually get to live in for two months. I´m already in love with the people and the children have captured my heart. It will be really hard to leave them. It´s only been three days adn they have a huge spot in my heart.
Please be praying for my team as we continue on our journey. I´m so thankful to have this opportunity. God bless you all!!
