…I am a worshiper.
…I am a son of God.
…I am an atmosphere shifter.
… I declare that this day, my soul will give praise to the Lord. I command it, and I will beat my flesh into submission to obtain it. I will not be shut down, frustrated, distracted, discouraged, attacked, cut down, bruised, defeated.
…I am victorious. The Lord is my shield, and no fiery dart of the enemy will touch me. He is my rock, He is my light and my salvation. He is light, and in Him is absolutely no darkness at all. He is light, and I am being changed, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, and being transformed into that light.
…I am light, because He is light. I carry His DNA, and my words have power, because I have the Spirit of truth dwelling in me, the downpayment of His reward.
…I have an inheritance. I am a son, not a slave.
…I am free because He set me free, and my feet will no longer be bound.
…I am a worshiper. It starts and ends here. I have heard the whisper, that when I listened, crested in a roar. I have seen the Kingdom, and the nail scarred hands. I have seen the outpouring of His Spirit, which is just a taste of the overflow of His new wine that He pours out. When we worship, things happen. Our worship moves the heart of God, and moves heaven into action. It activates us to come into allignment with what God is doing in that moment, and it strikes fear into the heart of our enemy. It is the most intimate thing, an invitation into God’s heart; and when we worship, giants fall. When we worship, angels rejoice. When we worship, God inahbits our praises.
I speak this as a declaration over my team. You are worshipers. You carry a whisper inside you, His still small voice, that roars within you as a consuming fire. Our God is inviting you on a journey into the jungle (literally) to discover His Kingdom, to discover His heart for these people, to see atmospheres shift. He is inviting you deeper. You currently sit on an edge. Imagine with me for a second that you can see it. You’re sitting right on it. But sometimes it gets hard to recognize. Sometimes fear steals our vision. Just remember that perfect love casts out fear.
The Lion of Judah’s thundering deep, roaring down the walls of fear in me, and from deep inside, this battle cry you roar!
There is a cry going forth. You may walk into a battle, but the Lord goes before you, a victorious warrior.
